LOW VOLTAGE CABLES

Low Voltage Cables are used to supply power to large motors and industrial equipment in both residential and settings. At Luhadia Anpee Cable Industries Pvt. Ltd. ,we produce Low Voltage Cables in both PVC and XLPE insulations of copper and aluminium, with armoured and un-armoured designs, and in single or multi-core constructions. The performance and load specifications of PVC and XLPE insulated cables determine the specific use of Low Voltage Cables. PVC insulated Low Voltage Cables are suitable for permissible continuous conductor operating temperature of either 70⁰C for standard designs as per IEC 60502-1 or 85⁰C which is provided upon request. XLPE insulated Low Voltage Cables are suitable for operating temperature of 90⁰C as per IEC 60502-1 In addition to the regular range of Low Voltage Cables, we are also able to supply Low Voltage Cables with special flame-retardant PVC Outer Sheathing to comply with the flame retardant test requirements outlined.

MEDIUM VOLTAGE CABLES

At Luhadia Anpee Cable Industries Pvt. Ltd., all XLPE insulation of our Medium Voltage Cables are done pursuant to standards outlined by IEC 60502-2 and IEC 60811. The conductors used are Stranded Class 2 of plain annealed copper or aluminum, in accordance with IEC 60228 Standard outer sheathing on our Medium Voltage Cables is extruded PVC type ST2; special PVC sheathing can be accommodated on special request; in addition, other sheathing materials such as low smoke halogen free (LSHF), LLDPE, MDPE and HDPE are available on request Medium Voltage Cables support a voltage range between 6 kV and 36 kV, making them ideal for use in infrastructure, including the distribution and transmission of power. With triple-layer Cross Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, Medium Voltage Cables are highly resistant to both high and low temperatures, as well as moisture and chemicals, ensuring a long lifespan and fewer breakdowns. The use of XLPE also affords the benefits of the material’s excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and its low dielectric factor.

CONTROL CABLES

Control Cables are the cables of choice for control circuits. At Luhadia Anpee Cable Industries Pvt. Ltd., we offer a range of Control Cables, with XLPE or PVC insulation, with the option of armour and/or screening. Special requests can also be accommodated for the outer sheathing of Control Cables. We are able to supply fire retardant PVC, anti-termite / anti-rodent PVC, sunlight resistant PVC, and oil resistant PVC. Special sheathing materials such as low smoke halogen free (LSHF), LLDPE and MDPE are also available on request
